I think your service to your customers is
excellent. I have never had such a quick response to questions, or a
more helpful and knowledgeable person at the other end of the
line--quite a change from being on hold for ten minutes and then talking
to some person in India who is reading answers to problems off a screen,
with no real idea what they're talking about.

experience in calling tech help lines, I've got to say you are doing a

I recently purchased
your database so I could print an address book on 5 1/2 8 1/2
pages. I converted all my data from ACT to your program, and am now
getting ready to print.
First - let me tell
you; this is a great program! It's very easy to use, it works
really fast (whereas Act takes forever to execute the simplest
command) and the printout is nice and clean.

the manner we would need ... ...you have been great about everything...I'm glad
